Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms incorporate Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and Apple's EULA conflict, the stricter provision applies for App Store downloads.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the app store's rules.
3. Subscriptions & billing
The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Bubble Pop Premium:
- Price & term: $7.99 per year (or the local equivalent shown at purchase).
- Benefit: removes all advertisements for the subscription period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account / Google Play settings. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
- Prices may change; we will seek consent for increases where required.
4. In-app purchases & refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled by the applicable app store under its policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly. For Apple purchases, see support.apple.com/billing.
5. Advertising
The free version of the App displays advertising provided by third parties. By using the free version you agree to the display of such ads. See our Privacy Policy for advertising and tracking choices.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law; (b) use cheats, bots, or exploits; (c) interfere with the App's operation or security; or (d) use the App unlawfully.
7. Intellectual property
The App, including its code, graphics, audio, and "Bubble Pop: Cosmic Shooter" name and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $10 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country/jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
12. Apple as third-party beneficiary
For App Store downloads, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
