Privacy Policy
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and the choices you have. The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
2. Information collected
We (and the third-party services listed in Section 4) may collect:
- Device & technical data: device model, OS version, language, region, and app version.
- Advertising identifiers: on iOS the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) — only if you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt; on Android the Advertising ID (GAID).
- Usage & gameplay data: events such as app opens, levels completed, game over, and interactions with ads and purchases.
- Diagnostics / crash data: crash logs and performance data to help us fix bugs.
- Purchase data: whether you hold an active subscription (payments are processed by Apple/Google — we do not receive your card details).
We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, or health data.
3. How the information is used
- To operate, maintain, and improve the App.
- To display advertising (including, where permitted, personalized ads).
- To measure advertising performance and app installs (attribution).
- To analyze usage and improve gameplay and difficulty balancing.
- To diagnose crashes and improve stability.
- To provide and manage the optional Premium subscription.
4. Third-party services
The App uses the following third-party SDKs, which may collect and process data under their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob (advertising) — policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Firebase — Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Meta / Facebook SDK (app events & attribution) — facebook.com/about/privacy
- Apple (in-app purchases) — apple.com/legal/privacy
- Google Play Billing (Android purchases) — policies.google.com/privacy
5. Advertising & tracking choices
- iOS: we show an App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, advertising identifiers are not used to track you across apps. Change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in Settings → Google → Ads.
- Remove ads: purchasing Bubble Pop Premium disables all advertising for the subscription period.
6. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Data retention
Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their policies. We retain aggregated analytics and crash data only as long as needed for the purposes described above.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. Because the App has no accounts, most data is tied to device/advertising identifiers rather than your identity; use the ad choices in Section 5, or contact us.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed on servers outside your country, including the United States, by the third-party providers above, subject to their safeguards.
10. Security
We rely on the security measures of Apple, Google, and the third-party providers listed above. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
