Bubble Pop — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bubble Pop (the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you play the game on iOS or Android. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Bubble Pop does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or contact details. However, the App and the third-party services it uses may automatically collect certain information:

Information collected automatically

Device & technical data — device model, operating system version, language, region, screen size, and general (non-precise) network information.
Advertising identifiers — such as the Apple IDFA / Google Advertising ID (GAID), used to serve and measure ads. On iOS this is only accessed if you grant permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Usage & gameplay analytics — events such as levels started/completed, scores, game-over events, and shares, used to understand engagement and improve the game.
Crash & diagnostic data — crash logs, error reports, and performance data that help us fix bugs and improve stability.
Purchase data — a record that a subscription was purchased, restored, or is active. Payment is handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play; we never receive or store your credit card or full payment details.

Information stored on your device

Game settings, progress, and your premium (ad-free) entitlement are cached locally on your device using standard app storage. This data stays on your device and is not collected by us directly.

We rely on the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

3. How We Use Information

To operate, maintain, and improve the App and its gameplay.
To display advertising and measure its performance (for non-premium users).
To process and restore in-app subscription purchases.
To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve stability and performance.
To understand aggregate usage trends through analytics.
To measure the effectiveness of marketing and attribute app installs.

4. Advertising

Bubble Pop shows ads through Google AdMob and may work with third-party ad partners. These partners may use advertising identifiers and similar technologies to serve ads that are relevant to you and to measure ad performance.

You can limit ad personalization at any time using your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Google → Ads). Purchasing the premium (ad-free) subscription removes ads from the App.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional auto-renewable premium subscription that removes ads. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the App Store or Google Play according to their terms. We only store a flag indicating whether your subscription is active so the App can unlock the ad-free experience.

6. Children's Privacy

Bubble Pop is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

7. Data Retention

Analytics, crash, and advertising data are retained by our service providers in accordance with their respective policies. Data cached on your device is retained until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Ad tracking — control or reset your advertising identifier via your device settings.
Analytics — you may opt out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings.
Local data — clear the App's stored data or uninstall the App to remove locally cached information.
Regional rights — depending on where you live (e.g., the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, these transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
